Product Description

  • The box contains 2 printed chocolate. The printed chocolate will not have any filling.
  • The price is inclusive of the gift ( wooden box with branding, chocolates and butter paper with the message), Taxes & Delivery. Please note shipping is free to any one location across the country, there will be extra charges for multiple shipments to different locations.
  • Quantity: The minimum order quantity for this product is 10. You can place an order for the exact number of gift boxes required (e.g 73 or 135) but you will not be able to input a value less than 10.
  • Logo for Printing: Please provide your logo in CDR/AI/EPS format for printing. Email it to customerservice@chococraft.in with your order id.
  • Storage Instructions - Once you receive the box please keep in a cool and dry place. Ideal temperature is below 30 degree celsius. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.

Please note that the below are the options to customise your gift.

  1. Box - You can choose the box color - Black or White Box.
  2. Butter Paper - You can write a message on the butter paper which is placed inside the box.
  3. Chocolates - You can choose any shape of the printed chocolates. Options are Oval / Circle / Rectangle.

ChocoCraft Details on the box:

- As per norms for all food products the gift box will have information printed on the back . These include - FSSAI licencse number, ingredients list, best before, allergen information and manufacturers details.

- The box will be sealed with a ChocoCraft sticker which is to be removed while opening the box.

How to order

Please place your order for the number of boxes required. Once the payment is made, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order id immediately.

You need to send design details to the following id: customerservice@chococraft.in

1. Please send us these 4 details - box color, message, printed chocolates shape and your logo in cdr / ai / eps format.

2. Once we receive your details, we will create a graphical version of the design with your details and show it to you. We will design the product to your satisfaction. Once you approve it, we will make the boxes and deliver them to you perfectly.

Chocolate Details

  • Chocolate: We use a blend of dark and milk chocolate. The resulting chocolate has a rich texture and is delicious to taste without being overly sweet. If you like we can make chocolates using only dark chocolate or only milk chocolate.
  • Filling in Chocolates: The assorted chocolates will have fillings (Roasted Almonds / Fruit & Nuts / Butter Scotch). Printed chocolates will not have any filling.
  • Weight: Each piece of chocolate is 13-15 gm depending on the shape you select.
  • The chocolates are pure vegetarian.
  • Print on Chocolates - Edible colours are used to print on the chocolates. It is safe for consumption. The printed chocolates are made with a combination of dark & white chocolate. Top layer is white chocolate where printing is done while the bottom is dark chocolate.
  • Best Before - We recommend that the chocolates be consumed within 3 months.

  • Packaging for Bulk Shipments: All shipment is packed properly in a thermocol box so that the chocolate boxes remain intact during transit. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition.
  • Multi-location deliveries: We can do deliveries at multiple locations your office across Ind. Additional charges may apply.
  • Shipping: We ship through reliable third party courier partner like Blue Dart / Delhivery / FedEx and we shall share the tracking id with you as soon as the product is picked up. The shipments can be tracked online.
  • Question: Can you ship to individuals directly to our clients or employees across India?

    Yes, we can ship directly to your employees & clients. However, there would be additional charges for individual courier. The charges would include the packaging & courier cost. We send these through Blue Dart. In case if any Pin Code is not served by Blue Dart, we have tie up with other courier companies like Delhivery etc.

Yes, we offer free digital designing with your customization / branding and message, giving you a clear idea of how the gift box will look. Designing is not available for retail order, they will be made and shipped as per the format shown in the product description.

For physical samples, a setup and shipping cost applies for a single box. Sample orders can be placed online.

Allow chocolates to come to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture. Avoid direct contact with moisture.

We use premium-quality dark, milk, and white chocolates sourced from Cargill Foods’ manufacturing facility in Singapore, with cocoa originating from West Africa.

For making the printed chocolates, we use a balanced blend of milk and dark chocolate—neither too bitter nor too sweet—to suit most tastes. The top layer is white chocolate, where the printing is done.

On special request, we can customize your order to include only dark or only milk chocolate.

Q 12: What is the quality of the ingredients used?

We source our raw materials from the finest global suppliers. Our chocolates come from a world-class manufacturer in Singapore, our printing material is imported from the UK, and the edible colors (for printing on chocolates) are sourced from the US.

Q 13: How to store these chocolates

Keep in a Cool, Dry Place: Store chocolates under 25°C (72°F) to maintain texture.

Avoid Refrigeration: Refrigeration can cause moisture buildup and affect the chocolate’s quality. If necessary, store in an airtight container in the fridge and bring to room temperature before consuming.

Keep Away from Heat & Sunlight: Direct heat or sunlight can cause chocolates to melt or develop a whitish layer (chocolate bloom).

Avoid Strong Odors: Store chocolates away from strong-smelling foods, as they can absorb odors easily.

Q 14: Are your chocolates nut-free and allergen-free?

We offer printing on the box top. We can also print on the inner side of the box lid at an additional cost.

Q 23: Can I write message in language other than English:

Order modifications are not possible for retail orders, as they are automatically sent to the design and production team. For bulk orders, we provide a graphical design for your approval before production begins. Once the design is approved, no further modifications can be made.

We take great care in packaging our chocolates. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution.

- Most bulk orders are delivered within 5-8 working days after design approval to the US, UK, and UAE.

- For Retail Orders we normally deliver in 3-7 days.

- The maximum delivery time is 21 days, unless specified otherwise.

- For large orders (a few hundred or thousand boxes), we will provide specific delivery timelines.

- The stated delivery time starts after design approval and not from the date of order placement.

- Complex customizations may require additional processing time.

Courier Partner

- We have direct contracts with DHL and FedEx, handling most of our shipments. We also work with UPS and other reputable courier partners.

- A tracking ID will be shared as soon as the shipment is dispatched, allowing real-time tracking.

Packaging for Bulk Shipments

- All bulk chocolate shipments are carefully packed in high-quality thermocol boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Mandatory Information

- Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address at all times, as courier partners may not call before delivery.

- Deliveries are typically not possible on Sundays and National Holidays.

- Address redirection after dispatch is not possible.

- Deliveries are conducted as per the courier company’s policies, and we have limited control over the exact delivery schedules.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our products. Certain remote locations may have extended delivery timelines.

- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, customs clearance delays, or logistics issues may impact delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

- If an order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 24 hours with clear photos. We will evaluate refund/replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us at customerservice@chococraft.com within 24hrs of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement. Please note that if we do not receive a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product you will not be eligible for any replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate gifts, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. ChocoCraft Creations Private Limited reserves the right to limit replacements.

Refunds are not offered.

Please read and understand the terms of cancellation and returns carefully.

1. Cancellation

An order once placed goes to the production queue automatically and cannot be cancelled.

2. Changes in order details/shipping address

It is not possible for us to edit customization details such as name, photo or message given or uploaded by the customer. If there is a change in shipping address it needs to be communicated to us immediately after placing the order. We will try and accommodate the change but we cannot be held responsible for delay or non delivery of such an order

3. Mistakes in final product

ChocoCraft is not liable for typos or mistakes in the information uploaded or submitted by the customer.

In case the customization details given by the customer have not been incorporated into the product correctly we will make and re-ship the order at no extra charge.

4. Melted Chocolates/ Other Damage

Please note that this is an edible product and there can be small differences/variations in the prints on chocolates. In cases where there is significant damage we will make and re-ship the order.

5. Delayed Delivery/ Non Delivery of order

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

ChocoCraft is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;

2. Your recipient is out of town or not available,

We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, or other general delays on the carriers' end.
