If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com within 24hrs of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement. Please note that if we do not receive a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product you will not be eligible for any replacement.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate gifts, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. ChocoCraft reserves the right to limit replacements.
Refunds are not offered.

An order once placed goes to the production queue automatically and cannot be cancelled.
2. Changes in order details/shipping address
It is not possible for us to edit customisation details such as name, photo or message given or uploaded by the customer. If there is a change in shipping address it needs to be communicated to us immediately after placing the order. We will try and accommodate the change but we cannot be held responsible for delay or non delivery of such an order
3. Mistakes in final product
ChocoCraft is not liable for typos or mistakes in the information uploaded or submitted by the customer.
In case the customisation details given by the customer have not been incorporated into the product correctly we will make and re-ship the order at no extra charge.
4. Melted Chocolates/ Other Damage
Please note that this is an edible product and there can be small differences/variations in the prints on chocolates. In cases where there is significant damage we will make and re-ship the order.
5. Delayed Delivery/ Non Delivery of order
We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.
ChocoCraft is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
2. Your recipient is out of town or not available,
We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, or other general delays on the carriers' end.
