The chocolates will not be accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in a perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with the chocolates or if there are any other issues, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern.
In case of UnDelivered Parcels – We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and the sender by phone and email. However, in case if a situation arises that the receiver is not at home for several days or if the receiver refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned, there shall be no refund issued for that order. The chocolates after being in transit for several days are not in the condition to be accepted back or to be resent.
Please note that this is a customised product which is made to order, and cannot not be sold to someone else.
We shall only cancel the order if we have not begun the production process (designing/production) by the time we receive the request for cancellation. Therefore, in case you want to cancel the order we would request you to contact us at the earliest.
Once we begin the production of your order we will not accept cancellation. Please note that this is a customised product which is made to order, and cannot not be sold to someone else.
We need a formal request for cancellation of the order over email. Please send an email to email@example.com and quote your order id in the communication. We will reply within 3 working days.
If we agree to cancel the order the following charges shall apply:
- 50% of the order value for an order of value upto INR 5000/-
- 25% of the order value for an order above INR 5000/-
The refund shall be processed in 10-15 working days.
