Most bulk orders are delivered within 5-10 working days after design approval across India. The timelines differs for Diwali orders due to high volume.
For Retail Orders we normally deliver in 3-7 days.
The maximum delivery time is 21 days, unless specified otherwise.
For large orders (a few hundred or thousand boxes), we will provide specific delivery timelines.
The stated delivery time starts after design approval and not from the date of order placement.
Complex customizations may require additional processing time.
Courier Partner
We have direct contracts with Blue Dart & Delhivery / Other reputed couriers, handling most of our shipments.
A tracking ID will be shared as soon as the shipment is dispatched, allowing real-time tracking.
Packaging for Bulk Shipments
All bulk chocolate shipments are carefully packed in high-quality thermocol boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
The thermocol packaging acts as a protective barrier, safeguarding chocolates from temperature variations, humidity, and physical impact during transit.
Its weatherproof nature ensures that the chocolates remain fresh and unaffected by external conditions.
The sturdy packaging prevents any breakage, maintaining the integrity of each chocolate box.

Multi-location Deliveries
We offer deliveries to multiple office locations. Additional charges may apply.
Direct Shipping to Employees & Clients
We can ship orders directly to your employees or clients. However, additional charges will apply, covering packaging and courier costs.
For individual deliveries, we take extra care in packaging to ensure the chocolates arrive in excellent condition.

All retail chocolate shipments are also securely packed in premium thermocol packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The packaging is designed to:

Mandatory Information
Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address at all times, as courier partners may not call before delivery.
Deliveries are typically not possible on Sundays and National Holidays.
Address redirection after dispatch is not possible.
Deliveries are conducted as per the courier company’s policies, and we have limited control over the exact delivery schedules.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our products. Certain remote locations may have extended delivery timelines.
Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, customs clearance delays, or logistics issues may impact delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
If an order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 24 hours with clear photos. We will evaluate refund/replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us at customerservice@chococraft.in within 24hrs of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement. Please note that if we do not receive a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product you will not be eligible for any replacement.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate gifts, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. ChocoCraft Creations Private Limited reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered. Please read and understand the terms of cancellation and returns carefully.
1. Cancellation
An order once placed goes to the production queue automatically and cannot be cancelled.
2. Changes in order details/shipping address
It is not possible for us to edit customization details such as name, photo or message given or uploaded by the customer. If there is a change in shipping address it needs to be communicated to us immediately after placing the order. We will try and accommodate the change but we cannot be held responsible for delay or non delivery of such an order.
3. Mistakes in final product
ChocoCraft is not liable for typos or mistakes in the information uploaded or submitted by the customer. In case the customization details given by the customer have not been incorporated into the product correctly we will make and re-ship the order at no extra charge.
4. Melted Chocolates/ Other Damage
Please note that this is an edible product and there can be small differences/variations in the prints on chocolates. In cases where there is significant damage we will make and re-ship the order.
5. Delayed Delivery/ Non Delivery of order
We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.
ChocoCraft is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
Your recipient is out of town or not available,
We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, or other general delays on the carriers' end.
