Price is inclusive of taxes. Shipping is free across India to a single destination.
Customisation options: You can either have your name/family name/company name OR your company logo printed on the box. The same will be printed on the butter paper message.
Logo for Printing: Please provide your logo in CDR/AI/EPS format for printing. Email it to customerservice@chococraft.in with your order id.
Please quote your order number with every communication with us.
Flavors and Fillings: The Chocolates will have the fillings of Roasted Almonds, Fruit & Nut and Butter Scotch. Printed Chocolates will not have any fillings.
The printing on chocolates is done with edible colours and are safe for consumption. The average weight of each chocolate is 13-15 gms.
The chocolates are vegetarian.
The boxes are sturdy wooden boxes. The dimensions and weights of the different box sizes are given below:

Shipping - We ship through reliable third party courier service and we shall share the tracking id with you as soon as the product is picked up. You can then track the shipment online. There are no extra shipping charges if you want delivery of all boxes to a single location.
Multiple locations for Delivery - There will be additional delivery charges if you want delivery of boxes to more than one location. Rs 190 per box for 6 or 9 chocolate box, Rs 290 per box for 12 or 18 chocolate box. Please note that we may not offer this service during rush time. Please check with us before placing your order.
Lead time: You should receive the consignment in 6 - 12 working days depending on your order size & location. Shipment will be done via reputed courier company like Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, etc.
Packaging - The chocolate box is packed properly in thermocol box so that the chocolate boxes remain intact during transit. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition.
Storage Instructions - Once you receive the box please keep in a cool and dry place. Ideal temperature below 25 degree celsius. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
Best Before - We recommend that the chocolates be consumed within 3 months.
Customisation - Please fill the details carefully (name, message and logo). Once the order is confirmed these cannot be changed. The gift will be made exactly as per the design shown.
In case you require GST Invoice, please provide us your GST details immediately after placing the order. Invoice cannot be edited after the order is shipped.
Cancellation and Returns - Order once placed cannot be cancelled. If your order has been inordinately delayed or you receive a wrong product kindly reach out to customerservice@chococraft.in.
