• Please provide us the name of the person for printing on box & chocolates.
• You can also give us a message to be printed and placed inside the box. Please note that it is not possible to print emojis and other symbols. Use plain text only.
• The chocolates are pure vegetarian.
• Size of printed chocolate - The shape of the chocolate is rectangle, dimensions are 30 mm X 24 mm X 15 mm. The weight of each piece is approx. 15 gms.
• Print on Chocolates - Edible ink is used to print on the chocolates. It is safe for consumption. The chocolates are made from a combination. Top layer is white chocolate while the bottom layer is dark chocolate.
• Box Size - The boxes are sturdy wooden boxes. The dimensions and weights of the different box sizes are given below

• Shipping - We ship through reliable third party courier service and we shall share the tracking id with you as soon as the product is picked up. You can then track the shipment online.
• Delivery - 3-7 working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee deliver on a specific date.
• Please note that this is an edible product and print on chocolates might be affected in a few cases. The product will still remain safe for consumption.
• Packaging - The chocolate box is packed properly in thermocol box so that the chocolate boxes remain intact during transit. During extreme summers, we place cool gel in the box. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition. See how we do it.
• Storage Instructions - Once you receive the box please keep in a cool and dry place. Ideal temperature below 25 degree celsius. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
• Best Before - We recommend that the chocolates be consumed within 3 months.
• Customisation - Please fill the details carefully (name, message and photo). Once the order is confirmed these cannot be changed. The gift will be made exactly as per the design shown. Preview of your gift will not be available.
• Cancellation and Returns - Order once placed cannot be cancelled. If your order has been inordinately delayed or you receive a wrong product kindly reach out to customerservice@chococraft.in.
